 We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to FastCE, Inc., P.O. Box 34800 Houston, TX 77234-4800.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to FastCE, accessible from https://fastce.com
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Self Directed Course means a courses that meet the ARRT standards as a Self Directed Course.
    In the simplest terms Self Directed Course is one in which you consume the educational material and take a written test.
  • Live In Person Course means a courses that meet the ARRT standards as course that you physically come to a building to attend a lecture(s)
  • Live webinar
    Means a courses that meet the ARRT standards as webinar / live present over the Internet without a written final test to be awarded credits.

All sales are final. Except under the conditions outlined below.
It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that their computer (including phones and tablets have a working Internet connection and to 713-588-0369 and are fully capable of receiving and using the continuing education course.
FastCE provides a demonstration course free of charge to allow individuals the opportunity to test their Internet connection and computer, phone and tablet  capabilities before purchase.
If there’s a network outrage or server problem on FastCE’s side of the network FastCE’s sole remedy and responsibility is to extend the period in which an individual is allowed to complete the course.
Individuals called to active military duty may request a refund or an extension by contacting putting in a service ticket  with the subject “ACTIVE DUTY” to FastCE.com
Individuals who are the victims of extenuating circumstances such as a death of a close family member, victim of a natural disaster such as a flood or tornado, family medical emergency, personal medical emergency or other extenuating circumstances can put in a service ticket with the subject “DISASTER”   to FastCE.com to discuss their situation.

Live In Person Course

All sales are final.
Live courses are held rain or shine!!

FastCE.com is not responsible for your vehicle or your personal safety during your travel to or from the seminar.

FastCE.com has a right to substitute speakers and or subjects that are ASRT / AHRA approved without prior notice.

Request for refunds must be made in writing and received before the mail in deadline. Request for refunds received before the mail in deadline are subject to a 30% processing fee. No refunds will be made after the mail in deadline.

Live courses are held in public buildings that are under the control of the government or other groups and are not under the exclusive control of FastCE.com. There is a remote possibility of seizure by the government or other entity of the building, because of damage by fire or some other event beyond the control of FastCE.com making the building not available for the seminar.

Should an event beyond the reasonable control of FastCE.com cause the seminar not to be held, at FastCE.com’s own discretion your soul remedies are listed below.

1) Reschedule and hold the seminar within ninety days in a location reasonably close to the original location.

2) Refund the monies paid by the participants.

3) Substitute the canceled live course with an equal or greater number of credits of online courses.

4) Or a mix of the items listed above.

Live webinar

If there’s a network outrage or server problem on FastCE’s side of the network FastCE’s sole remedy and responsibility is to reschedule the webinar or extend or lengthen the total time of the webinar needed for regulatory standards.

Your Order

The deadline for cancelling a self directed Order is 14 days from the date on which You buy from FastCE. If you have passed the final test, attempted or failed the final test 3 times you are not eligible for a refund.

The deadline for cancelling a Live course or Webinar course order is 7 days before the Live course or Webinar ONLY You are not eligible for a refund Because you do not attend or leave the Live course or Webinar before it ends or received a certificate . 

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform FastCE of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by putting in a support ticket with the subject “REFUND”

We will reimburse You no later than 10 days from the day on which we will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns and Cancelling

Self Directed Course

You must have not completed the final test or attempted or failed the final test.

Live Course or Webinar

The deadline for cancelling a Live course or Webinar course order is 7 days before the Live course or Webinar ONLY You are not eligible for a refund Because you do not attend or leave the Live course or Webinar before it ends or received a certificate . 

We reserve the right to refuse to refund if you do not meet the above refund conditions in our sole discretion.
