There are 5 primary reasons that you may be receiving the “access denied” error message when trying to access a course.
1) You have not registered for the course.
2) Your payment was denied.
3) You only have 30 days to complete the course. After 30 days your access to the course will be blocked. You can log into your account and see what date you purchased the course. You can buy the course again if you want to take the course.
4) You have successfully passed the test with a score of 75% or above.
5) Under ARRT rules you are only allowed three attempts to pass the final test with a score of 75% or above. After three failed attempts you will be locked out of the course.
You have 30 day to take the course. You can buy the course again if you want to take the course.
Unlike other vendors you do not have to contact us and wait to get your certificate.
All you have to do is log into your account and print your certificate 24/7.
Click on “Login” on the menu and then click on “Forgot Password” then enter your email address you used. The system will email you what you need. PLEASE check your spam folder.
