Placing an online support request is the best method for requesting support.  This way support requests are not missed (as you know sometimes emails just never make it through) and the requests are well documented.  You will receive an e-mail after placing a request.
The emails will contain the update and a link to the support request,  so you can provide updates. All communication will be documented in e-mails sent to you and in our online portal for future reference.

Another advantage of the online system is the request can be placed 24/7 and there’s no need to worry about placing a phone call at the right time and leaving a voicemail and then being available to receive a call back.

You can call us at 713-588-0369 and please leave us a message with your question and a call back number. Or to find an answer FAST 24 hours a day 7 days a week go to our Self Help page We respond to online portal request first before unsolicited support emails.  We tend to respond very quickly this includes evenings, weekends and holidays.  Should not hear from us within 24 hours first check the online support portal by logging in as sometimes emails get blocked or never delivered.  If there is no response in the portal, please feel free to call us.  We are here to make your online ASRT and AHRA approved continuing education as enjoyable as possible to meet you ARRT requirements.
